Nordic Walking is one of the most beneficial physical and sports activities for health. In the natural pattern of walking, the active use of a pair of specially designed poles is incorporated to activate the upper body and the central part of the body, achieving an impulse that facilitates the efficiency of the march.
We propose 3 activities guided by experienced instructors that will help you learn about and practice this sport, with the aim of having a training session on Saturday and a practice session on Sunday.
