The wildest challenge in the Vall de Boí

The Garmin Epic Trail Ultra 60K is the newest distance at the Garmin Mountain Festival Vall de Boí and the most demanding challenge of all our races. A spectacular 60-kilometre course with 4,300 metres of elevation gain that will push you to your limits, testing your physical and mental endurance in an extraordinary natural setting.
Starting and finishing in Barruera, the course takes you through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in this area, combining long climbs, technical descents and demanding high-mountain sections. After crossing the Tuc de Moró, the race enters the spectacular Riquerna Valley, in the municipality of La Torre de Cabdella, before descending towards Vall Fosca, another iconic land in the Lleida Pyrenees. Dramatic ridgelines, high-altitude lakes, imposing peaks, forests and villages with exceptional Romanesque heritage complete an adventure of extraordinary beauty.
An epic adventure where the toughness of the course and the beauty of the landscape go hand in hand.
